An AI-powered lead generation and outreach platform that replaced an entirely manual sales development process for a B2B services company with a relationship-driven go-to-market motion.

The Challenge

A manual process
that could not scale.

The client’s go-to-market motion is relationship-driven B2B outreach: identify the right decision-maker, introduce the value proposition, move toward a partnership. Every step of that process was being done by hand.

Scaling meant hiring. Not the right move for a lean early-stage operation. The right move was building infrastructure to make one person as effective as a team.

Discovery was manual and slow. Finding target contacts required searching multiple directories with no shared data between them.

Contact data was incomplete. A name without an email, or a company without a decision-maker, is not actionable.

Leads piled up with no structure. There was no way to distinguish a hot lead from a dead one, or know what the next action was.

Outreach did not scale manually. Writing individual emails and tracking replies competed with every other business task.

Reply handling created a bottleneck. Reading a reply, deciding how to respond, and doing so promptly is another layer of manual work.

Plain-English Brief to Targeted Search

The user writes a plain-English description of the target. The platform interprets the request, identifies the target role, geography, and intent, then generates a set of optimized search queries automatically.

Scrape

Six Sources, One Pipeline

The platform runs across six purpose-built discovery sources simultaneously: government registries, corporate filings, business directories, professional networks, and email discovery. Results are pushed to the database in real time as each source completes. Discovery runs as a background job, independent of the interface.

Enrich

Contact Depth on Every Lead

Verified contact data is resolved for every lead that comes in incomplete. Company domains are resolved first, then used to find direct email addresses. The result is a contact record with the highest-confidence data available from multiple independent sources.

Score

Automated 0–10 Lead Scoring

Every lead is scored across contact completeness, source quality, seniority, and enrichment depth. Score 8+ is campaign-ready. Hard penalties applied for contacts outside the defined target profile.

Qualify

One-Click CRM Promotion

Leads scoring 8+ with a verified email, name, and title auto-promote to the CRM after each job. The user can review the leads table (filtered, sortable, scored) and manually promote or disqualify. Name and title are required gates; leads without both cannot qualify.

CRM Pipeline

Kanban by Campaign

Promoted leads enter a Kanban pipeline: New → Contacted → Interested → Proposal Sent → Closed Won / Closed Lost. Leads are grouped by Campaign, each mapped to an active outreach sequence. Tasks, appointments, and activity logs are tracked per contact.

Outreach

Automated Email Sequences

From the CRM, leads are pushed to the outreach platform with a single action. The Email Builder generates branded, deliverability-optimized HTML emails. When a lead is pushed, the outreach sequence starts automatically on a scheduled send cadence.

Reply Handling

AI Intent Classification + Draft

When a reply arrives, the platform automatically classifies the intent: interested, wants_to_schedule, needs_more_info, not_interested, out_of_office, or neutral. Each intent triggers a different pipeline action and an AI-drafted response for human review before sending.

How We Think About It

Built to be auditable,
not magical.

AI is used specifically where natural language judgment is needed: reading a target description, classifying a reply, drafting a context-aware response. The rest of the workflow is deterministic logic. Fast, predictable, auditable.

Modular discovery

Each discovery source is an isolated module. They all push to the same pipeline, so adding a new source means building one module, not rebuilding the system. The platform currently runs six sources simultaneously.

Approval-gated access

New user signups go to a pending screen until an admin approves them. The platform is invite-only without complex provisioning tooling. Every action is logged with user and timestamp.

CRM and outreach are decoupled

Internal campaigns are CRM grouping mechanisms. The outreach sequence is created automatically when leads are pushed, using the saved email template. One-way mapping, no tight coupling between systems.

Human in the loop

All AI-drafted responses land in a review queue before they go out. The human has final say on every outgoing message. This eliminates the blank-page problem without removing human judgment.

Current Status

Live in production.
First run: 564 leads.

The platform completed its first production run with 564 qualified contacts across the target geography, sourced from six live data sources. Email infrastructure is authenticated and warmed.
